In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Scheduled - We are giving notice of a period of essential maintenance on our live systems from 5pm on Friday 14th November 2025, for five working days.

We anticipate the following impact:

• SFTP – Available – send address change only update (COU) files as normal. Your files will remain in the SFTP ‘in’ folder until normal service resumes, and you will not receive the usual receipt emails. Our team will work hard to catch up with the backlog after the work has taken place.
• Email - Available
• Phone - Available

Services Site (services.geoplace.co.uk). These will be available in Read Only mode between 17 Nov - 19 Nov:

• Search - Data can be searched on as normal, but will be static and no updates applied.
• GeoGateway - data and levels will be static and no updates applied. Exceptions cannot be submitted, street declarations updated, or address health check refreshes requested.
• Coordinates Review Tool - data will be static and no updates applied.
• Where's my COU? - data will be static and no updates applied.
• NSG Download – Available. Data is updated at the start of each month.
• Contacts and roles management – page will be available, but you will not be able to edit contact or role information.

From around midday on 19 Nov, the Services site will be unavailable. An email will be sent to our contacts when work has been completed and normal service resumed.

The following services will not be available at all during the maintenance:

• LA Dashboard (https://ladashboard.geoplace.co.uk/)
• NSG Upload – page will be available, but you will not be able to upload data.
