Update - The issue has been identified and fixed and services are starting to come back on line. We will close off the incident once normal service has been resumed. Thank you for your patience.

Update - We are continuing to investigate the issue with logging in to GeoPlace services.

For local authorities this is also affecting COU file receipt emails. We will keep you updated and send out separate communications if needed.

Investigating - We are aware there are problems logging into services.geoplace.co.uk and we are working to resolve these as soon as possible. We will update this incident when the problem has been fixed or when we have an expected time that the site will be available again.
